Getting out the vote for Obama!

For Halloween this year, Bogie said he wanted to help Barack Obama get out the vote. So, he's dressed up as a campaign supporter in his Obama Dog bandana.

After a tough day of campaigning, Bogie and BFF, Wrigley, show how hard they worked by taking a deep snooze together.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

Bogie is celebrating his second birthday. Not a lot of news. No big party. For him, it's the same as any other day... run through the yard, bark at neighbors as they pass by, and, of course, eat. We need, however, to mark this milestone with a birthday picture.

Let's go swimming. I LOVE the lake!

Bogie's first vacation trip to Door County was a terrific success. Bogie's BFF, Wrigley, joined him for his first look at Lake Michigan. The loud surf was a little intimidating -- as you can see by some of the pics where he's a little apprehensive (Mom, please don't make me go out there!). A few games of fetch with Wrigley to show him the way and he quickly got over that. He really enjoyed himself. Fetch is always fun when the ball or toy was thrown into the lake. Wrigley and Bogie loved their runs down the beach to the creek where a little calmer wading was available. You can see all the shots from the trip on the I LOVE the Lake page.

I'm a soccer champ!

We have discovered that Bogie is a soccer champ. These small movies, will enable you to see him in action. He does a good job at defense and can easily move the ball up the field to pass it to his teammates. Trevor, Daniel and Chris help him practice. Check out his moves!

Late winter romp.

I hardly took any pictures this winter. We did have a lot of snow, however, and this picture best shows how much both Bogie and his BFF, Wrigley, enjoy themselves no matter what the weather.
